Online Database
All volunteer submissions through your campaign site will be emailed to you and also stored in the backend's online database. This creates a central database that is accessible from anywhere on the campaign trail.
In addition to just storing submission data, the database allows you to search based on any combination of submitted fields. For example, you could go into your backend database and search for everyone in the 27516 zip code who also checked a box saying they would go door to door for your campaign. This microtargeting capability allows you to utilize eager volunteers or send voters emails about issues that matter the most to them.
The database comes with the ability to import a current list of supporters and the option to export your data to an Excel document. So, once you've searched the database and created a microtargeted list using Campaign Spark's database software, you can then easily export the list to Excel and print, mail-merge, or distribute the list.
